New Year’s Eve Variety Show

Taking place at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, this family-friendly event is appropriate for all ages. Hosted by the hilarious Daniel Zindler, the Vancouver Cabaret Theatre will showcase circus acrobats, magic from magician Paul Nathan, live music, and even one of the city’s biggest ballroom drops to ring in the New Year! Let the kids stay up late for this one.
 
 

Concord’s New Year’s Eve

The biggest New Year’s Eve party in the city, and Vancouver’s premier event, Concord’s New Year’s Eve takes place at the Vancouver Convention Centre, right on the waterfront. There’s a massive outdoor street party, as well as a ticketed event indoors. Choose one or the other or have the best of both worlds. There are two firework displays (one at 9 pm for younger families and one at midnight), live music all night long, art installations, food trucks, and the company of about 100,000 people!
 

1981 NYE 

Step back in time at the Biltmore Cabaret this New Year’s Eve! It’s 1981 for a night at this local favourite East Vancouver venue, with retro tunes, a polaroid photographer, complimentary champagne, and, of course, a special ball drop at midnight!
