The Most Anticipated Concerts Coming to Vancouver in 2021

  • September 15, 2020

Almost all live events, including concerts, were postponed or outright cancelled in 2020. But that doesn’t mean they won’t be making a comeback as soon as it’s safe. In fact, many of the biggest musical artists in the world have already begun announcing their tours for 2021. Lucky for us, Vancouver is a tour stop for some of the most famous musicians in Canada and beyond. Check out the top three most anticipated concerts coming to Vancouver in 2021.

The Weeknd - June 12-13, 2021

The Weeknd, who was supposed to come to Vancouver in 2020 as part of his After Hours tour, has rescheduled the concert for June 2021. He plays solo at Rogers Arena on June 12, and then will be joined by Sabrina Claudio and Don Toliver for a special performance, also at Rogers Arena, on June 13. Tickets are still available so get them while you can!

Harry Styles and Jenny Lewis - August 16, 2021

Your favourite former One Direction singer is coming to Vancouver next August. Harry Styles, alongside American singer-songwriter Jenny Lewis, will be in town on August 16. You can expect to hear some of Styles’ biggest hits off of his second solo album, Fine Line, including “Watermelon Sugar” and “Adore You.” They will be playing together at Rogers Arena and tickets for the event are currently on sale, starting at $60.

Alicia Keys - August 30, 2021

Like The Weeknd, Alicia Key was another artist whose 2020 tour was postponed due to COVID-19. At the current moment, she is set to perform in Vancouver on August 30, 2021 as part of her highly anticipated World Tour. Dubbed the “Princess of Soul,” Keys knows how to put on a show, so this is guaranteed to be a can’t-miss event.

If you plan on visiting Vancouver in 2021, then you’ll want to book a room at the Georgian Court Hotel. Not only do we offer top-notch service and amenities, but are we within walking distance (six minutes, to be exact) of the Rogers Arena, as well as several of the city’s top event venues.
